For Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect products. Once we have the information we’ll be able to arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Please do check your order before use or laundering, as merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for replacement or refund.
As stated above our products are printed to order so we are unable to offer general returns or exchanges based on size or style or a changed preference.
Please check the size charts on our product pages prior to purchase. If in doubt between sizes, choose the larger size as little earth.lings tend to grow.

However, if you still feel unhappy with an order you’ve received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of delivery and we’ll do our best to work things out.
- Original shipping fees and shipping upgrades are non-refundable.
- Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Except in the case of damaged or incorrect items, printed-to-order items are subject to a restocking fee of $5 when returned or exchanged.
- Except in the case of damaged or incorrect items, the customer pays for new shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
